Doctors Creek this morning.

We had light rain when Maisie and I set out early this morning. Luckily it was quite warm. The sun was almost up by the time we were near the end of our walk. This view is of Doctors Creek looking westwards to where the clouds were clearing. This evening I spent time starting to make a favourite chutney. Digby Law’s Feijoa and Date chutney recipe. I’ll finish the task tomorrow. Heavy rain is forecast Marlborough and the neighbouring Nelson province over-night. And possibly thunder storms. The rain has started to fall as I write.
