Really fed up

Got two staff, soon to be one due to retirement, which means there’s likely to be no riding for me over the summer holidays. Have been advertising for staff for over a year. Had three interviewees say yes and then text later saying they’ve been offered another job. Which I think is lies they just don’t want the responsibility of the suctioning needs. Been onto PHB to argue for pay increase to attract staff and they’re saying no. I’m so angry as they have no idea what it’s like doing the care day in day out with minimal sleep and breaks. Ready to explode.
