Problem - Dim problem ~ Problem - No Problem

“We think that the point is to pass the test or overcome the problem, but the truth is that things don't really get solved. They come together and they fall apart. Then they come together again and fall apart again. It's just like that. The healing comes from letting there be room for all of this to happen: room for grief, for relief, for misery, for joy.”

Mae problem i'w datrys bob amser.  Heddiw gwnaethon ni ddarganfod tyfiant rhyfedd ar y Camelia. Mae'n debyg ei fod yn rhyw fath o haint ffwngaidd yn galw 'Camelia Gall'. Rhaid i ni dorri fe allan ac yn ei llosgi hefyd.

Mae bywyd fel hyn. Problem. Datrysiad. Problem. Datrysiad.  Nid oes unrhyw broblem yn barhaol. Nid oes unrhyw ddatrysiad yn barhaol.

Mae cynnydd dim ond yn y ffordd rydyn ni'n gweld ac yn deilio gyda beth bynnag sy'n cyrraedd (ac yn gadael).

There is always a problem to solve. Today we discovered a strange growth on the Camellia. It's apparently some kind of fungal infection called Camellia Gall. We have to cut it out and burn it too.

Life is like this. Problem. Solution. Problem. Solution. No problem is permanent. No solution is permanent.

Progress is only in the way we see and deal with whatever arrives (and leaves).
