Mazu Daoist Temple

At last I've discovered it's a Daoist temple for Mazu goddess just below where I live. This temple it's visible in the bottom left hand corner of a scene I took from my bedroom, last September, on the 29th floor.

Being so close to the sea it kind of makes sense to build a temple to Mazu as she's seen as the protector of fishermen and sailors. On either side of Mazu are statues one holds its hand to its ear and the other above its eyes. This is to signify between them they can hear and see for a thousand miles and the other green statues are female servants of Mazu.
