Speirs Stairs

The Speirs Centre at Alloa was once a swimming baths but now allows access to family history resources. The stairs have two-tone tiling and fancy bannisters.

Edit   Apparently it's a dragon and it has no particular significance - the architect was young and making the most of his first major commission.
