Lots of wood

Checked the LFT this morning - still positive but less strongly so and almost symptomless (though the hay fever is beginning to come back).
Washing, breadmaking, gardening and another short, gentle run which was fine, though enough.
The run took me by the ponds where the cygnets and one parent were in one place, tucked up on the bank and the other parent lazing on a sort or nest. I also passed these tree trunks which were, until very recently, right across the burn. There is still a lot of debris in the burn so it isn't flowing as freely as it ought.
Just had an online meeting with various things to think about as a result.
