One Year Ago!

One year ago yesterday Mauzee and I were at Uluru in the Northern Territory and we woke up to the most glorious day.  It was amazing in every way and at the end of the day we had experienced a fantastic sunrise over Uluru, a very emotional wedding ceremony followed by the most sensational sunset over Uluru and a fun filled Wedding Breakfast at Sails Restaurant.  We could not have wished for a more incredible day and we were able to celebrate last night with a lovely dinner at our great friends Myra and Sabine’s.  Sabine was our Celebrant and Myra was one of our Witnesses.  We had a lot of fun reminiscing about the whole event.

These Anniversary Roses are quite stunning the smaller one is called “Barista” and is a most unusual coffee colour.  I thought this might be a very appropriate image today as its Flower Friday.  Would any of my blip buddies know how long Flower Friday has been going on blipfoto.  I can’t believe that BikerBear has been able to maintain her incredible enthusiasm for hosting the popular weekly challenge for such a long time.  It must be at least eight years now.
