Party time...

Noah got invited to a birthday party for one of his school friends to which he has looked forward to for a while now.
At 6am he come in to our bedroom saying today's the day he's so hyped up his blood sugars have been very up and down! (He has type 1 diabetes)
Anyway this is the place where the party is and somewhere in there is my eldest son! A quick check on his blood sugars before he charged in and he was gone! Quicker than the road runner!
But it got me thinking of hiw much birthday party have moved on from when I was a kid! No more jelly and ice cream with musical chairs no more!
God I feel old lol
