Steak

Sous vide strip steak with smoked Maldon salt, salad with Point Reyes blue cheese, and Rice-A-Roni. Wine: Switzer Family Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon 2010.

Tonight's starch was originally meant to be a baguette, but I discovered mold on it at the last moment and had to find a speedy replacement in the pantry.
