A little nature in the concrete jungle

This is something that I seldom see here. It rained very heavily today and I originally wanted to blip the rain which was whipped around by the strong wind, creating folds of pattern; almost like the rain was dancing.

But the rain turned into a drizzle and out came this mist, drifting away almost immediately. It remained me of the time in the mountain where the clouds came and disappeared in a matter of minutes. So here's the final blip!
