delay - won't repay!

I bought travel for a work project relatively recently. The return trains were over two hours late. So I spent time trying to claim back travel, only to be rebuffed. I'm annoyed: I've spent extra time on this: were this billed to my project, it would be diminished more. Or we might have spent the repayment on nice things for the travellers - they were the ones who were inconvenienced. 

Bah!
