Dinner

Vegetable curry, made by Richard. Delicious! I taught him to make a curry when I was having chemo and was too tired to even stand for any length of time. So I sat at the kitchen table and talked him through it, and now he's a seasoned curry maker and even branches off on his own, experimenting with spices.

The potatoes in it are from our allotment, dug up yesterday, left over from last year.
