One of the last individual houses on Moffat Headland (great views north up the coastline) is up for sale. Most likely "worth" around $A8million ($5.75m USD for less than 600m2 with a "renovators delight " on it, a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house in need of "some repair".... Can build multi-story units on the block of land though....
