Heart-shaped Strawberry

I picked some strawberries for our dessert today from my balcony garden. This is the second harvest of strawberries this year. They are small but tasty and really delicious with just a little pouring cream.

Today is hot and humid with sunshine and bouts of rain and sunshine again!

Early evening, I'm going to a 'Crochet Aperitif!' Don't ask! I believe that nibbles and wine are offered and there will be a small gathering of creative ladies. I'll know more about it when I've been!   I've put my name down for two sessions this month!  I can get there easily by metro and we finish when it's still light at 8 pm.
