Discovering the World…

… safely from Mum’s back, “What’s that strange creature with two legs and a long black beak on its face?” I watched this grebe for about half an hour hoping to see more than one chick, but no, this seems to be it for the moment. Proud Dad in extra, constantly hovering around.
