Rochdale Canal

I walked from my hotel into Media City this morning, around 7,500 steps, it was a lovely morning and my route followed the Rochdale Canal, Bridgewater Canal and the Manchester Ship Canal, with a few hundred metres from my hotel before I joined the canal, and at the far end crossing the Media City swing bridge which is adjacent to the office.

I doubt that I walked off the breakfast though!
