Thereby lays a tale . . .

Just back from a round trip to Mansfield (Kingsmill Hospital) for Mrs W’s shoulder; returning via a detour to the chippy for dinner.  Ordered on line when TomTom had given us a reliable eta.
 
NOT a brilliant day insomuch that when I got Mrs W’s mobility scooter out of the boot at the hospital I found the battery was FLAT.  Some silly b****r had managed to turn the key on when he stowed it last.  Anyway the battery is now on charge in our living room.  Mrs W has had more exercise today than in the past six months, accumulative!
 
So we are both out for the count, will do some commenting tomorrow.
