Westray

I went over to Westray and, as a nudge to get me to change my route, headed up to Bow Head on the NE corner to see if I could find a little stint reported on a pool there. They often associate with dunlins and I found those, then what I thought was the LS (not a species I'm familiar with), but it tuned out to be a summer-plumaged sanderling. Oh well. It was a nice walk and I'll head there again. So here's a picture of some coos.
