A grand end to a lovely weekend was provided tonight by this home-made curry. Madhur Jaffrey's Pickled Aubergine, Lake Palace style, white lentil dal, boiled basmati rice, home-made hot mango chutney and an avocado and beetroot salad. All lubricated by (an admittedly Chinese) Tsingtao beer. And enough for tomorrow night too. Mmm...
