Rainy day save...

Today was step up day. My kiddo went down with the other Kindergarten kids to the 1st grade room. They were just going to be there a couple hours not all day. I didn't know how things were going to go. She sat in circle and participated for the most part. She colored when she didn't want to do the exercise game but came back and joined in another game. She also did the art project which was using good beeswax crayons on water color paper and then water coloring over it all. The teacher then cut out their designs and glued them to black paper which really made things pop. And she had snack there. She made it an hour and a half before she wanted a break. I was pretty proud of how well she did.
