Dream sequence

The northern path on the Riccarton campus circuit looked particularly long this morning when my sister a I arrived to take Snoop for a walk.

Something to do with the sparse trees emphasising the distantly-seen sections of the path visible between them, perhaps?

(Not a crossword clue but a question).
