Up the garden path

So many people seemed to embrace “no mow May” and left large areas of their gardens to grow into the most gorgeous meadows of wild flowers and grasses. And walking today along the shore I noticed how May has extended into June and wild meadow gardens are still everywhere. I think the reward of wild flowers and insects has been wonderful and tidy lawns have not been missed, provided a path to the front door is cleared from time to time.
