Allium, going to seed

When it is going to seed, this allium has a very delicate quality.
Rob and I went to a talk at the Cheltenham Science Festival last night. All to do with "Being you...the science of consciousness" (Anil Seth).  Some of it was over my head but I did enjoy the bits I could understand! Very often the science festival talks we have attended have been (thankfully and enjoyably)  dumbed down but this one definitely wasn't!
