The Lime Kilns

The main and the extras were taken just after we'd taken shelter under one of the arches. It was the only good place to get away from the sudden (almost) horizontal rain and squally wind! My dog looked a bit bemused by it all I think. 

I'd been meaning to photograph this place for Blip one day and now I have!

A few years ago there seemed to be some Barn owls living at the kilns, but I haven't seen any since then, which is a shame.
