Roofing For Beginners

Up nice and early this morning and a good hour walking down to the supermarket.  It was very pleasant being out - a sensation enhanced by the fact I didn't meet another person until I got to Schierstein.

Imagine it - walking through vineyards and not a sound to be heard.  Lovely.

I got to Schierstein just in time to see my bus leaving.  That meant I had 30 minutes to get to the supermarket, shop and then get back for the next bus.

That worked out splendidly.

I made a mistake when I got home though.  

I decided to go into town.  Never go shopping on a Saturday lunchtime in the centre of Wiesbaden.  It's just not worth the aggravation.  I decided to cut my losses and headed to the Indian supermarket.  Lots of snacks.  

Not going out again though - I think 14000 steps is enough for today and it is getting much warmer out there.
