Busy Saturday

Up early to walk the dogs - day 6 for hubby on his bike.

After breakfast I travelled to Ash for a continental lace workshop (just for the morning).

Back home, tidy the house ready for our overnight guest - Austin.

Austin arrived with his little suitcase, mummy stayed for a while. This is his first night away from home, ever, he is super excited.

Cooked his favourite tea - spaghetti bolognaise. He had a really good portion followed by strawberries and ice cream. You can see he enjoyed both.

Upstairs for a bath, then bedtime story with milk. He wasn’t keen getting into bed, said he wanted to go downstairs. With bedtime music on, nanny cuddled him and he fell asleep. Fingers crossed for a good night and not too early awake.
