There's a hole in the tree

It's wonderful to see some blue sky and sunshine.These are the very last of the autumn leaves.


Overhead power lines and trees are not a good combination around here. Generally the chaps who maintain the lines just hack off any branches that threaten the wires. For some reason with this tree they are carefully maintaining a hole for the cable to pass through.
