It was a hot run, however it
  was very pretty  and V  "Undulating" 
Nice technical shirt and all important for me a v nice Crafted medal with bluebells round the circumference..

left home  7am..
V u subsubcribed since covid! normally 500 runners today around 108..

So Mr G had to watch both ankles are unwell! he thought he may attempt walking it. Bit our walk yesterday locally brought 2 swollen ankles. 
Suffice to say he has  been quite difficult to.live with for the last few months.

So Mr G wanted  a pint on way home went to a pub In Sissinghurst we like The Milk House. So he had his obligatory pint Of Harveys  a favorite of his..
