MonoMonday:Summer Song

“I’m Leaving on a Jet Plane” is a song written and performed by John Denver and covered by Peter, Paul and Mary.
I’m not sure if it has much to do with summer for Pinkhairedlady’s MM challenge but I’m thinking of summer as I’m leaving on a jet plane for north Queensland on Wednesday and the maximum temperature there appears to be 27C compared to about 7C here.
We are in Sydney tonight with heating so at least it’s a bit warmer than the mountains.
