The back view

We went to MK this morning for a walk around the block and to use my free cake at JL.  I was a bit sore by the time we'd finished but my back is holding up well.  It's only a couple of days until I go back to the osteo.  I picked up a couple of books from Waterstone's, including Richard Osman's second book.

It's still pretty windy out there, the hoverflies won't play ball and I still don't want to risk bending.  Also I'm not very good with song titles so forego today's Mono Monday challenge.  For a long time I thought Lilac Wine was Isle of Wight.

Tennis.  That's me sorted for the next four weeks.
