Common Blue

My other half spent much of the packing and re-packing his suitcase for his big trip. It was all about weight and getting everything in for 2 weeks of walking.

We got out of the house by late afternoon. The bold Great Tit came for food again. But it was obvious that the young had fledged as it wasn't going back to the nest. Instead it would fly off into the woods in search of its offspring.

And I managed a few shots of this damselfly in spite of the breeze.
