A Slower Pace of Life

There were lots of snails today on the stems of the wild fennel at Wembury Point. They were mosty well-concealed and sensibly, shielded from the bright sunshine. Driving home we then saw a red kite. There have been a few recent sightings in Devon, though they are still not a common sight here.
