Doughnuts!

Local holiday today so no school :) I managed to get a lot of revision done and also made these doughnuts for Baking Tuesday (usually baking monday. Basically it's a rota my friends and I have - we each take turns to bake and then bring it in on the Monday to share :D) I managed to find a recipe which did not require deep-fat-frying so these are healthy doughnuts (sort of!!)
