Pork Patty

Pork patty with chicken glace, mayonnaise, and an over-easy egg; skillet corn, green beans, and pan fried potatoes. Wine: Andrew Murray Estate Syrah 2018.

I thawed some ground pork before deciding what exactly I wanted to do with it, and I ended up improvising this. After making it, I realized it must have been inspired by Hawaiian Loco Moco. I made the mayonnaise yesterday for some tuna salad for lunch and decided it would add a nice creamy element here (and mayonnaise with egg is delicious). The wine is a household favorite.
