Savolanniemi

I took a bicycle ride to Savolanniemi. Luckily the furthest tip of the cape has been spared from building. The area is packed with similar boring looking houses painted with bland colours. The nature (or what remains of it) of the area is beautiful.

I visited the cape last winter while skiing on the lake ice. The weather was dreary then so I was a bit surprised to see how gorgeous the place looks on a nicer weather. This was also a good chance to test my new bike. I bought it on Friday.
