Rabbits!

The Fluffy Terror is looking for rabbits. Poodles are generic hunting dogs from what a lot of gun dog breeds descend. Unlike their more specialised descendants they are still quite generalists and very flexible, but the aren't sight hounds. He is good a sniffing for rabbits and if one runs directly in front of him he will give chase, but when they are in the distance, he can't see them, and they hop away one by one to the safety of their warren.

I can't remember how many rabbits where here today, some days it's one or two, other days it can easily be more than 20. Suffice to say he didn't pick one and make a dash for it, but he ran towards them in general, then started to chase by smell, which is all well and good if I'd shot a rabbit and he was bring it back, but live bunnies just hop away while he sniffs. He's also easily distracted by rabbit poo - which works a bit like chaff for aeroplanes...
