The Beauty In The Details

I am, as you know, curious about many things and I always have an eye open for the bits of beauty that you can find - when you have a bit of luck.

This was the watch movement that kind of inspired me to have a go at a new hobby.

Look at how much attention has been lavished on a movement that would have been hidden behind a steel shell.  I think it's absolutely gorgeous.

And do you know how much money I spent to buy this?  10 Euros & 50 Cents. It's an awful lot of prettiness for that sort of money.

And in a very rare excursion in political territory, someone is going to have to explain to Boris Johnson that Ethics is not a county in the south east of England.
