Something's Emerging

All will be revealed in a day or two ... unless the slugs and snails spoil the party.   Sensible guesses allowed meantime.

A day off.  Too much to fit in to call it a relaxing one though.   Doctors appointment to check out a strange dizzy incident and a bit of shopping this morning.   This afternoon I had a go at making Strawberry Jam, tempted into it by very cheap short date fruit.   Jamming sugar, also needed, cost rather more than the strawberries!    The jam, despite reaching the required temperature, is not very set ..... but it tastes good :-)    I also had my first go at making Elderflower Cordial, now steeping overnight.  Something else to report on another day.
