The beginnings of Onion Soup.....

came back in after Pilates tonight, no picture taken, no time all day, another mad Monday, I really thought I was beat!!

I could smell the ingredients (I wish you could too) before I reached the kitchen. No sign of my wonderful husband making my favourite soup, just ingredients on the chopping board. Onions already in a pan and herbs out of the garden ready to use....heavenly scent.

Well that was it the makings of my perfect soup had to be todays blip!
