Quiet Sunday

I don't really suffer from hangovers but I think the excesses of the last couple of days caught up with me, today. Normally, I'd go for a run to shake off the lethargy but I'm still resting my knee. (It is steadily recovering, so I didn't want to jeopardise that)

So, consequently, I didn't do much, today, which always gets me down. Yoga and weights, and my German lesson at five o'clock, and that was about it. Still, an evening reading and drinking low alcohol beer was pleasant enough, and I did get this pretty photo of Kirkby Lonsdale in a little patch of sun on an otherwise dreary day.
