from a hole in Barafundle

Day 10 of road trip and holiday. Pembrokshire.

I'm a big beach fan and a day when I find a new one that nudges it's way into my top10 beaches, is always going to be a good day.

Barafundle Bay is a perfect gem, it almost seems a shame to not post a picture of it. Instead we dug a hole in the sand and I recklessly put my camera at the bottom of it while 2 small children peered over the top. All I could think of was How good would the picture be if i'd had a fish eye lens?

An isolated curve of glorious sand and dunes, boarded and backed by high cliffs and oak woodland. Hats off to the National Trust for trying to keep it that way
