Bubbles

A great run for me (Chris) tonight. I lead the Super Greens, our quickest group. With just six runners stepping up, we were able to run at a pace which was the consensus of the group. That meant 6 miles at roughly 8 minute 30 second mile pace, great stuff. After the run we gathered for a big thank you drink and snacks to celebrate our departing men and women's captains. They have been with the club a long time and have influenced the progress of many runners so there was a great turnout.

Tonight's blip is something else I first played with at last week's camera club macro session. Had a bit of a play with manual focus, coloured lights and a glass ball full of bubbles.
