BCSplash - White on green

It's Sunday and time for our new #BCSplash.

This beautiful and peaceful image was created by Swedish blipper Janko whilst out on a 15km walk to break in a new pair of hiking boots! We love the way the horse stands out against the green meadow and the yellow flowers. Absolutely stunning thank you!

As we say about so many of our blippers when we look at their work, Janko has such a varied journal with a mix of subjects and we strongly recommend you settle down with a cup of tea and go through his journal if you don't already know him.

Mareike from Switzerland, known to us all as Reike, published a wonderful blog post here about Blipfoto, her own journal and her relationship with the site along with her best shots of 2021. Her landscapes are fantastic and we urge you to go and read the blog post in full and check out those photos.

Meanwhile MidgeholeDave from Yorkshire, England successfully gave a talk to his local camera club and in his own words:
"Mission accomplished. It went down well. No-one had heard of Blipfoto, but they have now."
