Superfood (and Superfriend)

It was a little choppy in the English Channel but I’ve known worse. A nice drive up to Bath, and here I am at friend R’s. A hearty catch up and some delicious dinner.

Nicely fuelled up for a busy week!

Update: just seen the most amazing rainbow at sunset. I've added it as an extra as I'd like it in my journal (and it's still today!).
