Southwest Eggrolls

I know, another food picture. But I was proud of these. They tasted amazing and were so easy to make. Shredded chicken, taco seasoning, shredded cheddar & avocado all wrapped up in an eggroll wrapper and fried for 2 mins on each side. Delicious!
