Reprieve

Today was a mini reprieve from the extreme heat and I took full advantage of it.

I spent the whole of the day outside listening to audiobook and taking photos. I first went out at about 8 am and put fresh water in the bird bath and fed MiniMe.

I went to Hudson’s and got plenty of suet for the birds and a new liner for the hanging basket that contains the fairy garden.

I emptied the basket and began fresh putting the fairy garden back together.

I enjoyed a little while sitting in the sunshine but it wasn’t long before I was moving to the side of the house where the shade is!
