Common Spotted Orchid.

Dactylhoriza fuchsii
Our most widely found Orchid. It is found from Ireland east across northern Europe and right over to Mongolia. Oddly according to Wikipedia it is not found in France or Spain. It has also establihed itself in parts of Canada.
It is very variable and in the Reserve where I photographed this there were many white ones. It also hybridises easily.
A fine sight.
