Sports day pt.2

Back to school this morning for Qs sports day. It seemed a bit more competitive than Indies but Q looked like he had a great time. He did well too.

I competed in the parents race which was great too. Next year I shall have a stretch beforehand and take more appropriate shoes!

One if my good friends from work decided to leave the company today and it was all rather sudden. I've worked with her for 13 years so I'm pretty gutted.

Zs illness has got worse today. A horrible cough and she is feeling really rotten. We took her to the doctors for the cough.

Quiet evening. I'm really tired.
