The Tyrant King of the Reptiles

Better known as T-Rex or Tyrannosaurus Rex as it is more commonly know is on display at Wollaton Hall Nottinghamshire and is the first actual T-Rex to be displayed in the UK for 100 years. This dinosaur is unusual as it is pretty much complete and after being found in Montana it was transported to the UK for conservation which took a year and is now on display.
Oh! the sex of this T-Rex is unknown and has been named Titus.

Wollaton Hall is an Elizabethan building dating to 1580 and opened in 1588 and was the  home of Sir Francis Willoughby it is now a museum and deer park owned by Nottingham County Council. My sister is included in the Blip who we are staying with.

This evening was a trip to Trent Bridge cricket ground where Nottingham were playing Leicester who won by 47 runs it was a dismal showing by Nottingham.
