Pretty and useful

Our new colander is very pretty.

Middle English colyndore, probably modification of Old Occitan colador, from Medieval Latin colatorium, from Latin colare to sieve, from colum sieve

Apparently you can spend up to US$110 on one should you desire. Ours was around NZ$20 from Briscos. In fact, as they had a rare sale on, it was ½ price so even more of a bargain.

Poor Kariba had four wisdom teeth out today. She was pretty funny on the way home from the drug the dentist used to knock her out but is in a bit of pain now.
